WHAT IS A STUDENT AMBASSADOR?

Student ambassadors are leaders in the Hudson Global Scholars Student Community. They must have excellent academic records, strong leadership potential, and a commitment to serving their peers and community. Students must apply and be selected to be part of this exclusive program. Once selected, student ambassadors meet on a regular basis to contribute their skills to improving the student community. Additionally, every student ambassador identifies a leadership skill they would like to improve, and then works with their group leader to design a project to help build that skill. For example, a student that would like to improve her public speaking skills might work to deliver a live TED talk on an interesting topic to peers across the globe. Projects and goals are unique to each ambassador, and these students are be recognized for their accomplishments at the end of the term!
